Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is adjusted pro rata.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, our prices are transparent and shown excluding VAT. No setup fees, no hidden charges. Only the monthly subscription is billed. Belgian VAT of 21% is applied automatically.
What happens if I exceed the limits?
We will notify you before reaching the limits. You can then upgrade your plan or contact us for a custom solution.
Do you offer a free trial?
Voilo offers a free version with certain limitations. Paid plans are without commitment and can be cancelled at any time from your personal area.
Is support included?
Yes, email support is included in all paid plans. From the Plus plan onward, chat support is also available, and the Max plan includes priority support via email, chat and phone.
